Please always follow the instructions of the vault guides
Please do not leave the tour routes and do not enter cordoned-off areas. Stay with your group
The tour lasts approx. two to two and a half hours
Sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended for the ascent. In winter it can get very cold and windy, especially in the towers
During the tour, you will negotiate spiral staircases with uneven step heights in places, please pay attention to the steps (approx. 800 in total) when ascending and descending. However, you will receive appropriate instructions from our guides before each section
The tour runs partly over scaffolding and narrow passages with low head heights. A head for heights is recommended
For safety reasons, people under the influence of alcohol or impaired by medication or drugs cannot take part in the tour
If you have any physical complaints, please inform your guide immediately. All our guides are regularly trained in first aid
The tour is only suitable for children of primary school age and above
